LOCATION
Malaysia
EDOTCO Group is the first and leading regional integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company in Asia, specializing in comprehensive solutions for the tower services sector. Their expertise encompasses co-locations, build-to-suit, energy, transmission, and operations and maintenance (O&M).
The challenge
The existing legacy codebase and content management platform hindered the rollout of important new business requirements such as individual country microsites.
Design
Shortcut Asia collaborated with EDOTCO and Dragon Rouge to completely revamp the visual and user interface design of their existing website. While Dragon Rouge focused on refining the visual design identity, such as logos, color schemes, fonts, and tone, our main goal was to enhance the user experience, structure, and layout of the entire website, seamlessly integrating the visual design identity to create a cohesive theme.
To further enhance the website, we conducted a thorough usability audit to identify areas for improvement. We refined the information architecture and optimized the user flow to accommodate the needs of four main user types.
Throughout the redesign process, we maintained a balance between aesthetics and functionality. We also incorporated modern design elements and visual cues while ensuring usability remained a top priority. The outcome is a seamlessly integrated visual design identity that creates a cohesive and engaging user experience.
