As a seasoned expert in React and Node.js, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Additionally, you'll mentor and guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence throughout the organization.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js
Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features
Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Optimize application performance and scalability
Proven experience with React, Node.js, and full-stack development
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) and back-end frameworks
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects
