What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails

• Contribute to the team by participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features

• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Optimize application performance and scalability

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) and back-end frameworks

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills

What we’d love about you

• Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
